1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using VectAble ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service VectAble provides an automated platform for converting digital images into vector graphics (SVG) optimized for CNC routing, laser engraving, and other manufacturing processes.

3. Accounts, Credits, and Refunds Registration:

Accounts: You must create an account to use the VectAble conversion tool. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Credit System: The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed upon the successful conversion of an image.

Refund Policy & Error Resolution: While standard purchases of credit packages are final and non-refundable, we stand by the reliability of our tool. If the platform experiences a technical error or fails to generate a viable vector path from a supported image type, please reach out to our support team. We will review the error and, at our sole discretion, refund the consumed credits back to your account balance.

4. Licensing, Digital Asset Restrictions, and Physical Commercial Use Digital File Restrictions:

VectAble grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use the vector files (SVGs) generated from your uploads. You are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, distributing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the digital vector files themselves. The digital files are for your direct use only.

Physical Commercial Use: You are explicitly granted permission to use the generated vector files to manufacture, create, and sell physical products (e.g., CNC-routed signs, laser-engraved goods, machined parts). There is no limit on the number of physical items you can produce and sell using paths generated by VectAble.

VectAble's Rights to Digital Outputs: To support the continued development of the Service, VectAble reserves the right to retain, modify, and utilize the digital vector files generated by the platform. For files derived from non-copyrighted or public domain uploads, VectAble may use these digital assets for distribution through our own digital storefronts or asset libraries. We will never claim ownership of your physical end-products.

Marketing Use: By using the Service, you grant VectAble a royalty-free right to use images of your generated vector paths for promotional and advertising purposes.

5. User Content and Copyright Responsibility: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload and process the original images. You agree not to upload copyrighted material without authorization, or any illegal or offensive content.

6. Third-Party AI Infrastructure and Compliance VectAble's automated processing relies on third-party artificial intelligence systems, specifically Google’s Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure. By using VectAble, you acknowledge this integration and agree that your use of the Service must also comply with Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regarding AI generation. You are strictly prohibited from using our Service to bypass, violate, or exploit the safety guidelines and terms established by our third-party LLM providers.

7. Service Availability and Output Quality "As Is" Basis: The Service uses automated algorithms to process images. While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee that the resulting vector paths will be perfect or require zero manual adjustment for every image. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of digital files, uploading prohibited content, or violating third-party AI safety guidelines.
